Javier Muriel is co-director of Holística Nature and leads several of its programmes and training courses. An E-RYT500 yoga teacher recognised by the Yoga Alliance and a specialist in pranayama, he holds the Yoga Instruction Professional Certification. He is also an environmental educator and nature guide, and is currently studying Environmental Sciences.
Her work is based on a single premise: the body is the first landscape, and learning to inhabit it is inseparable from learning to inhabit the land. She teaches physical practice based on biomechanics and breathing, and guides participants through a direct experience of the Sierra de Aracena, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
