1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and registration for activities via www.holisticanature.com, owned by Holística Nature Ecotourism, Training and Wellbeing, S.L. (Holística Nature). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

On-demand online courses are available on our campus, holisticaformacion.com, and are governed by the terms and conditions published there.

3. Products and services

1. Face-to-face activities: hikes, nature experiences, workshops, forest bathing, yoga, retreats and training courses.
2. Online activities with a date: live sessions, workshops or training courses.
3. Services with no fixed date: personalised mentoring and support.
4. Physical products: Mioball balls, sheets and self-care products.

Each entry lists the price, dates, duration, difficulty and details. If an activity includes services arranged through third parties, such as accommodation, this is indicated in the entry.

4. Prices

• Prices include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery charges for physical products are shown in the shopping basket before you check out.
• A confirmed order locks in the price applicable at the time of purchase.

5. How to apply

1. Select the product or activity and add it to your basket.
2. Check your order. You can amend any details or quantities via your basket and the checkout form right up until you pay.
3. Once you have entered your details and accepted these terms and conditions, the Cancellation and Refund Policy and, in the activities, the Terms and conditions of participation and health declaration.
4. Select your payment method and confirm your order.
5. You will receive an email confirming your order, setting out the details.

The contract is drawn up in Spanish. Holística Nature records the order, and you can view it in the confirmation email and, if you have an account, under «My Account».

6. Payment methods

• Credit or debit card and Link, via Stripe.
• PayPal.
• Flexible payment with seQura, subject to seQura’s approval and terms and conditions, which are displayed before confirmation.
• Bank transfer. Please use the order number as a reference. The order, and your place (if applicable), will be confirmed once we have received your payment.

Card and PayPal payments are processed via secure payment gateways: Holística Nature does not have access to your full card details.

7. Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. Holística Nature may reject an order for valid reasons, such as an obvious pricing error, a lack of available places or incorrect details; in which case we will refund the full amount paid.

8. Cancellations and the right to withdraw

• Activities with a specific date, whether face-to-face or online: these are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The following applies: Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Services with no fixed date, such as mentoring programmes: you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of signing the contract. If you ask us to start earlier, you will be charged for the part already provided; once the service has been provided in full, you may not withdraw.
• Physical products: You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. You are responsible for the return postage costs, unless the product is faulty or we have made a mistake. We do not accept returns of hygiene products that have had their seals broken.

To withdraw, please write to us at info@holisticanature.com stating your name, the order number and that you wish to cancel. You can use this template: «I hereby give notice that I am withdrawing from my contract for the sale of the following goods/services: [specify]. Order No. [ ], received on [date]. Consumer’s name and address. Date.»

We will refund the amount, including the original delivery charges, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your cancellation, via the same payment method. For physical products, we may wait to receive them before issuing a refund.

9. Warranty on physical products

Physical products are covered by a three-year statutory guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If a product arrives faulty or does not match the description, please write to us at info@holisticanature.com and we will repair, replace or refund it.

10. Participation in activities

By registering, you agree to provide accurate details, to meet the requirements of the activity and to follow the instructions of the guide or instructor, in accordance with the Terms and conditions of participation and health declaration. The participation of minors is governed by the Policy on the participation of minors.

11. Liability and insurance

Holística Nature holds civil liability insurance and assistance and rescue insurance for its activities, and is liable in accordance with current legislation for any damage attributable to it. It is not liable for damage caused solely by the participant or by events unrelated to the contracted activity.

12. Intellectual property

The content of the website and the materials relating to the activities are the property of Holística Nature or authorised third parties. They may not be reproduced or distributed without express authorisation.

13. Complaints

You can address any complaints or claims to info@holisticanature.com; we will reply as soon as possible and, in any event, within the statutory time limit. Complaint forms are available, including in electronic format via the system Newsletter from the Regional Government of Andalusia.

14. Legislation and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
