Access to and use of this website implies express and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The products and activities are described on the website, along with information on prices, dates, duration and features. THE DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to amend descriptions, timetables and prices, whilst informing the customer whenever possible.

4. Prices

• All prices include Current VAT rate unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders are subject to the price in force at the time the contract was entered into.
• Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.

5. Purchase process

1. Selecting a product or activity.
2. Add to basket and review your order.
3. Confirmation of personal details and acceptance of:
   • General Terms and Conditions
   • Privacy Policy
   • Cancellation and Refund Policy
   • Disclaimer and Health Declaration (where applicable)
4. Payment via WooCommerce (card, PayPal or other available methods).
5. Confirmation by email detailing the order and terms and conditions.

7. Order confirmation and acceptance

8. Right of withdrawal

• Physical products: 14 calendar days from receipt, in accordance with the Returns Policy.
• Downloadable digital products and online activities that have already begun: Not applicable, in accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
• Face-to-face activities: apply the Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

9. Customer’s obligations

The customer undertakes to:

• Provide accurate details when registering or making a purchase.
• Meet the eligibility criteria (age, health, prerequisites).
• Respect the instructions given by the staff in charge during the activities.

10. Liability

THE DATA CONTROLLER acts with diligence and professionalism and holds insurance cover for Civil Liability and Assistance/Rescue during outdoor activities.

It accepts no liability for:

• Damage resulting from negligent behaviour or non-compliance with instructions on the part of the client.
• Incidents outside the scope of the contracted activity.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including materials, images and videos, is the property of THE DATA CONTROLLER or authorised third parties.
Reproduction, distribution or use without express authorisation is prohibited.

12. Legislation and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to submit to the Courts and tribunals in the consumer’s place of residence, in accordance with current consumer and user legislation.

13. Express acceptance

By placing an order or registering for an activity, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
