What is Holística Nature?

Holística Nature is a school of human ecology, founded in the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche. Under its roof, three sister schools — Holistic EcoYoga, Umanagea and Geólatra — coexist, united by a common mission: to teach people how to inhabit their bodies, their consciousness and the territory. With scientific rigour, contemplative sensitivity and both feet firmly on the ground.

Our Perspective

What we call human ecology rests on a simple premise: the health of the body and the health of the territory are one and the same process. They are not metaphors that go hand in hand; they are a single living system that we can learn to inhabit.
This is the origin of the three schools. One focuses on the body, another on the landscape, and another on the earth that sustains it. All three are rooted in the same worldview: natural science, physical practice and direct experience of territory, all integrated.
