1. Identification of the seller
Purchases made via the online shop www.holisticanature.com are managed via WooCommerce, as the site owner:
Holística Nature Ecotourism, Training and Wellbeing, S.L.
(hereinafter, THE DATA CONTROLLER)
2. Scope
This policy sets out the terms and conditions of Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal applicable to:
- In-person activities (walks, workshops, forest bathing, yoga, retreats).
- Online activities (training courses, live or recorded sessions).
- Physical and digital products sold via WooCommerce.
3. Cancellation of face-to-face activities
3.1 Cancellation by the customer
Cancellations must be requested in writing to info@holisticanature.com, stating the WooCommerce order number.
The following conditions shall apply:
- Cancellation less than 7 calendar days before the start of the activity, or failure to attend:
No refund will be given for the amount paid. At the customer’s request, they may take part in an activity of similar value within one year of the date originally booked.
3.2 Cancellation by Holística Nature
THE DATA CONTROLLER may cancel an activity for organisational or safety reasons, due to adverse weather conditions or in cases of force majeure.
In such cases, the customer may choose between:
- A full refund of the amount paid, or
- Exchange for another activity or an equivalent date.
4. Online activities and digital products
4.1 Live online sessions
- Cancellation with more than 48 hours in advance:
👉 100% refund or change of date. - Cancellation with less than 48 hours:
👉 Non-refundable, except where justified.
4.2 Digital content (downloads, recorded courses)
In accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007:
👉 The right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or access to the digital content has commenced, provided that the customer has expressly accepted this condition during the purchase process on WooCommerce.
5. Returns of physical products (WooCommerce)
The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Terms and conditions:
- The product must be returned without using, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
- Return costs shall be borne by the customer, unless there is a fault or error attributable to THE DATA CONTROLLER.
- We do not accept returns of personalised products or opened hygiene products.
6. Replacement of a participant
In face-to-face activities, the client will be able to give up their place to someone else, notifying them by email at least 48 hours in advance and providing the details of the substitute.
7. Refund procedure in WooCommerce
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the order (card, PayPal, etc.).
- The maximum time limit for making the refund will be 14 calendar days from the date the cancellation is accepted.
- THE DATA CONTROLLER may process a full or partial refund directly via WooCommerce.
8. Acceptance of the policy
Placing an order via WooCommerce involves the express acceptance of this Cancellation and Refunds Policy, which will be available before you complete your purchase.
