Helena Chacón is co-director of Holística Nature and leads several of its experiences and training courses. She holds a PhD in geology with European distinction and is an E-RYT500 yoga teacher recognised by the Yoga Alliance; she also holds the Professional Yoga Instruction Certification. She specialises in ecotherapy and forest bathing.
His gaze brings together two ways of interpreting the same world: that of the landscape — its formation, its history, its cycles — and that of the body moving through it. He teaches us to read the landscape as someone who understands how a rock or a hillside has been formed, and to be in the forest with attention and method.
