What are these mentoring programmes?<\/h4>

Taking an online course has many advantages, such as the ability to learn at your own pace; however, it can also lead to moments of loneliness or the need for closer support. For this reason, we offer group mentoring sessions on specific dates for the courses run by our schools: Holistic EcoYoga and Umanagea.<\/p>\n

These mentoring sessions are designed to facilitate the learning process in small groups, with direct contact with the lead trainer. And above all\u2026 to support us in this ever-faster-paced world, where the support of the community is vital.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

What do they involve?<\/h4>

\n\t\t\t

We offer group mentoring programmes consisting of between 3 and 7 sessions lasting 1\u20131.5 hours, held via Google Meet<\/p>\n

These meetings are aimed at:
\n\u2022 exploring the content in greater depth
\n\u2022 linking theory and experience
\n\u2022 answering questions
\n\u2022 carrying out guided practice
\n\u2022 sharing processes with the group
\n\u2022 integrating what has been learnt in a more conscious and practical way<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
