Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy governs the <strong>involvement of minors<\/strong> in the activities organised by <strong>Hol\u00edstica Nature Ecotourism, Training and Wellbeing, S.L.<\/strong> (hereinafter, <em>THE DATA CONTROLLER<\/em>), including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outdoor trails and activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Face-to-face workshops and training courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forest bathing and wellbeing activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yoga sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The registration of a minor entails the <strong>express acceptance<\/strong> of this policy by their parents or legal guardians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Minimum age for participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each activity can set <strong>minimum age or specific requirements<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information on the minimum age will be clearly stated in the activity details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minors who do not meet the age requirements will not be permitted to take part<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Authorisation and liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The involvement of minors <strong>requires written authorisation from a parent or legal guardian<\/strong>, which will be provided before the activity begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The tutor agrees to <strong>take responsibility<\/strong> for the child throughout the activity, including journeys to and from the meeting point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>THE DATA CONTROLLER <strong>oversees and guides the activity<\/strong>, but responsibility for the minor\u2019s decisions lies with the guardian, within reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Health and fitness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tutors must report any <strong>medical condition, allergy, medication or special requirement<\/strong> of the child before the activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation takes place <strong>with full knowledge and acceptance of the inherent risks<\/strong> to the activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yoga, wellbeing or eco-psychology activities <strong>are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>THE DATA CONTROLLER has <strong>Civil Liability insurance and Assistance\/Rescue insurance<\/strong>, which also applies to minors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guardians must ensure that the child wears the <strong>recommended kit<\/strong> and complies with safety regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>THE DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to <strong>exclude any child from the activity<\/strong> who fails to comply with safety regulations or who puts themselves or others at risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Images and audiovisual material<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photographs or video recordings may be taken during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The guardian authorises the use of the child\u2019s image for informational or promotional purposes, unless they indicate otherwise in writing before the start of the activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Cancellations and withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations must be made in accordance with the <strong>Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong> in force.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds for paid activities apply equally to minors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
