Products and services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Face-to-face activities:<\/strong> hikes, workshops, forest bathing, yoga, retreats and nature-based training courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Online activities:<\/strong> courses, live or recorded workshops, training sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Physical and digital products<\/strong>: books, materials or resources relating to wellbeing and ecotourism.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The products and activities are described on the website, along with information on prices, dates, duration and features. THE DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to amend descriptions, timetables and prices, whilst informing the customer whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Order confirmation and acceptance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order is considered <strong>accepted<\/strong> when the customer receives a confirmation email from WooCommerce.<br>THE DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to <strong>reject orders<\/strong> for valid reasons (errors in price, availability, incorrect information, breach of the law).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Customer\u2019s obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer undertakes to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate details when registering or making a purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet the eligibility criteria (age, health, prerequisites).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect the instructions given by the staff in charge during the activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THE DATA CONTROLLER acts with diligence and professionalism and holds insurance cover for <strong>Civil Liability<\/strong> and <strong>Assistance\/Rescue<\/strong> during outdoor activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It accepts no liability for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damage resulting from <strong>negligent behaviour or non-compliance<\/strong> with instructions on the part of the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incidents outside the scope of the contracted activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content on the website, including materials, images and videos, is the property of THE DATA CONTROLLER or authorised third parties.<br>Reproduction, distribution or use without express authorisation is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
