1. Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions govern participation in the activities of Hol\u00edstica Nature Ecotourism, Training and Wellbeing, S.L.<\/strong> (Hol\u00edstica Nature): nature trails and experiences, geotourism, forest bathing, yoga, workshops and face-to-face training courses. By registering for an activity, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Outdoor activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Many of our activities take place outdoors, in a natural setting. This means we have to contend with the conditions typical of the environment: uneven or slippery ground, changes in elevation, changes in the weather and physical exertion. Each activity\u2019s information sheet states its duration, difficulty and recommended equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Declaration of fitness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By registering, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to take part in the chosen activity, in accordance with the level of difficulty stated in its description. We do not ask you for any health details.<\/strong> If you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you, consult your doctor before signing up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yoga, wellbeing practices and ecopsychology are not a substitute for any medical, psychological or physiotherapy treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
