Learning to Enjoy Autumn

Retreat 13–15 November 2026 · Villaonuba, Huelva · Sierra de Aracena

An experience from Holística Nature · School of Human Ecology

This retreat is not a “wellness” getaway. It is a hands-on experience that shows how looking after the body and the land are one and the same process. Settling into ourselves, breathing and opening our senses to autumn allows us to heal the sense of separation in which we live.
